Most - fridge

Soft Herbs: (Includes Parsley, dill, coriander, mint) Treat like flowers: cut the ends off and put stems into jar of water in your fridge door - change the water daily to keep them fresh. Basil - as with soft herbs but keep in a cool spot on the bench. Woody Herbs: (includes rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano). Loosely wrap in a damp paper towel and place into a container or wrap in a beeswax wrapper in the fridge.

Freezer?

Yes

To freeze, chop and mix with water, olive oil or butter, then place in smaller containers to portion (eg. ice cube trays) and freeze.

Use it up!

Remove frozen cubes and use as needed in cooking.
Use it up: Mix with butter and garlic to make garlic-herbed bread, or blitz to make nutritious juices (eg. mint)
